Karen has danced since age 4 completing Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop exams including Solo Seal. Competed in competitions around NZ gaining many medals, trophies and awards.

Trained full time at the New Zealand School of Dance and London Contemporary dance school. Performed as a Cheerleader for Kiss FM, appeared as a dancer in TV1 Lotto ad, worked with renowned Choreographers touring with Hairy Maclary and the Fringe Festival. Worked in London at West End Shows such as Rocky Horror, Annie, Pajama Game. Adjudicated at Competitions in NZ.  Karen gained Distinction for Royal Academy of Dance Teaching Certificate 3 years study. She has now been teaching for 20 years both in NZ and Abroad.
