Sophie has danced since she was in Pre-School. She trains in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip-Hop and has passed all her exams up to Intermediate Level for Ballet and Jazz, and Advanced Contemporary and Hip-Hop.

Sophie competes around the North Island with solos which she does extremely well with, having recently been awarded a nomination to a National Competition in the South Island.  Sophie is also a valued member of our Dance HQ Senior Troupes in both Hip-Hop and Contemporary/Jazz.

Sophie has been teaching for Dance HQ for a few years and is experienced in Choreographing Duos and Solos for Dance NZMade.

Her hard working and dedicated worth ethic make her an excellent role model for her students to look up to and be inspire by.
