Sophie has danced since she was 3 years in Ballet and Jazz. She has passed her exams up to Intermediate Ballet and Jazz level. Sophie also competes solos in Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Classical and Neo. She has won many awards, medals and trophies. She has also Choreographed solos and groups for Dance HQ and also Dance NZ Made which much success.  Sophie is a valued member of Dance HQ senior Contemporary/Jazz and Hip-Hop Troupes.

Sophie loves teaching our junior dancers and hopes to inspire and encourage them on their journey.
